RETURNS ON DEFECTIVE AND/OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Items may be returned/exchanged under the following conditions:
Defective Damaged to the point of being unable to use item(s) Misprint in the item description Wrong item sent DOA* (Dead on Arrival) Unhappy with purchase Items returned must unopened, sealed and in original manufacture’s packaging. As well, must include all original hardware, manuals & accessories.
