We ship Monday through Friday with the last shipment being dropped off at 5:30 PM EST

Saturday shipments are dropped off no later than 2:00 PM EST

RETURNS ON DEFECTIVE AND/OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Items may be returned/exchanged under the following conditions:

Defective Damaged to the point of being unable to use item(s) Misprint in the item description Wrong item sent DOA* (Dead on Arrival) Unhappy with purchase Items returned must unopened, sealed and in original manufacture’s packaging. As well, must include all original hardware, manuals & accessories. Buyer is responsible for all Return Postage and Shipping Charges Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt unless it's advertised differently and in the original packaging accompanied with a copy of packing slip or invoice.
