The flavors taste good and the energy rush is for real; my only problem is the price. Even at Sams Club they are not very cheap. I think for a once in a while thing these energy mixes are great but like everything in life, it adds up if you use them too much. For the cost-conscious folks like myself, I recommend Primaforce Yohimbine HCL 90 Capsules + FREE 100 Grams Pure Caffeine Powder. Yohimbine is one serious stimulant, and I like it because when you take it with just a little bit of caffeine, you get this weird energy high that lasts for 5-6 hours.

The combo pack with the Grape, Pink Lemonade and Orange tubes have a wonderful sweet flavor and it actually works! I am so pleased with this product that I am afraid to run out so I will buy at least once a month to make sure it doesn't happen!

5 hour energy? Forget it. ZipFizz, way cheaper, tastes better and is better for you. I'm questioning the crazy amount of B12 in these things. I mean, basically 41,000% over your daily allowance in one single tube? But I don't know about percentages, all I know is that I feel great when having a drink of this for hours and yes, it's true, you have more energy. And while there might be a little crash at the end of the day, that's fine as long as its bed time, it's no comparison to what I experience with regular coffee or energy drinks. Best part about this is that you're drinking it regular water, which is WAAAAY better for you than carbonated drinks. The flavors are all tasty. I usually make a glass with a thermos or water bottle. Tastes great with both tap or filtered water. I really like this stuff. I have 2 a day. They say you should only have 3 a day.

This stuff is great! It's the only thing that gives me extra energy when I'm feeling sluggish. Energy drinks make me nervous because I think of them all to be those dangerous overly caffeinated beverages that people warn you about. This only has a little caffeine and my doctor said it's perfectly safe to drink since it's just a bunch of vitamins. I like the way it tastes, but only if it's diluted. I use 1/2 packet per 20oz of water rather than a whole packet. If you make it as directed (with less water) it's gross. I've tried orange, grape, and lemonade and like them all. Depending on how I'm feeling, I'll consume 1/2 or 1 whole packet per day (mixed with 20 or 40 ounces of water), but you can drink up to two packets a day. It would be expensive to drink two of these everyday, but I'm happy to find that just a little goes a long way for me. Another benefit for me is it helps me drink more water. I feel the extra boost within about 15 minutes and have never experienced any bad side effects or crash. I like the convenient packages because you can just toss them in your purse and it's nice that you can close them back up if you don't use the whole thing.

I had already used zipfizz so knew I liked it. It stopped the muscle cramps in my legs. Just don't take it late in the day. It will keep you awake.
