| | Description | Finally- A wrist rest for Apple's iMac, Mac Mini, and Mac Pro desktop keyboards!
Apple's latest desktop keyboards are unbelievably thin. Our new wrist rest beautifully complements their stunning design while greatly increasing your typing comfort.
A Clean, Professional Look Meets Great Comfort
Like Apple, we believe that details matter. Our wrist rest precisely matches the width, style, and thickness of Apple's aluminum keyboards. The sophisticated platinum color complements the keyboard lettering. The 3.5" depth is perfect for hands of all sizes, and we've even rounded the corners to match the keyboard's design. The clean, professional design is free of logos and markings. Our wrist rest looks fantastic, but doesn't call attention to itself. It's perfect whether you're in the executive suite, the design studio, or the home office.
The full one-eighth-inch thickness matches Apple's keyboard and lets you easily type all day. The fabric top surface feels good on your palms and wrists. The non-slip natural rubber base offers a resilient cushion, and it's bonded to the fabric using heat instead of glue so it holds up well over time.
Three Sizes Available
We offer this wrist rest in three sizes: one for the wired keyboard with numeric keypad (this page), a second model designed to match Apple's wireless keyboard, and a third one developed exclusively for Apple's Magic Trackpad. If you use the Magic Trackpad together with the wireless keyboard, the longer wrist rest shown on this page is a perfect match. One of the photos above shows it configured in that application. Buy yours today!
JS Designs wrist rests are made in the USA.

Perfect example of filling a need Aug 16, 2011
By Mr. Bob Dobolina
"Phil"
I've only had this product for a few hours now, but I am already noticing a difference. My gel filled wrist rest is more comfortable, but it's too tall for my keyboard and therefore, doesn't help me any.
This pad is the perfect height for Apple's low profile keyboard and the color is a good match. It's basically an elongated mouse pad, and I'm curious to see how well it holds up, but already I notice it is nicer than resting my wrist on my hard wooden desk.
Part of me wishes that it would be a little more cushiony like the gel-filled ones you find at the store, but honestly, there isn't much room to play with because it's an eighth of an inch thick.
After spending a few days with a left wrist, sore from hours of online gaming, I was glad to find a wrist rest specifically made for Apple keyboards. l'll really put it to the test later this week, and if it holds up and helps, I'll be suggesting it to all my friends.

THE Apple keyboard wrist pad is here ! Sep 10, 2011
By PapaJoe Received my Apple wrist pads today. These are extremely nice ! Since my desk has a glass top to protect the wood it was always a bit slippery just south of the Apple keyboard. Not anymore thanks to these wrist pads. They are the perfect thickness for the Apple keyboards and are very comfortable as they place the wrists in the proper alignment for comfortable long-term typing.

Nice wristpad for the price Aug 30, 2011
By Lake Nice wristpad for the price padding a little thin but to be expected to maintain low profile. Works well with apple keyboard and magic trackpad. Only wish it came in more colors.

Looks great, but unusable due to bad smell May 06, 2012
By Sasha The product was shipped quickly, and the fit is great. There is just one problem, and it is a big one! It smells terrible. It has extreme version of some kind of plastic / glue / manufacturing smell. And typically I don't mind that, but this is beyond what I would consider acceptable. Every time I have it hear me, it smells really bad. Every time I touch it, I can smell it on my hands afterwards, and I have to wash them. This thing is completely unusable as it stands right now. I bought this about a month ago, and have been letting it "air out", but it's still no better or more usable at this point. Not sure what to do with it now...

Good, but smells bad Jan 13, 2012
By Patrick Reiner I just got this wrist pad and it has a really strong smell when you first unwrap it. I can't even use it, it's giving me a headache.
I will put it outside for a few days to see if the smell goes away.
=== UPDATE Jan 19 2012 ===
After letting it sit for 6 days, it still smells. Not as strong as in the beginning, but it still smells like I have a car tire sitting on my desk. I like the product, it looks and feels nice, I just can't get past the smell.
=== UPDATE Jan 25 2012 ===
The seller has been very responsive and offered for me to return the item and for them to ship me a new one that has had a chance to air out for a longer time period. I declined because I am okay with waiting it out. The seller also let me know that they will make sure to let all units air out for a longer time period so the smell is minimal.
I am happy to say that I am now using the wrist wrest and no longer perceive the smell. I have upped my review from 3 stars to 4 stars.
