We bought our grandson a v.Reader two years ago along with all the games for his age. He is 5 now and has mastered every game we bought him. Now we have bought all the games for 5-7 years old for his Christmas. We look forward to watching him play with them. v.Reader is an excellent game and learning tool for young kids.

The story in this e-book is very short & not that great, there is only one story which is about 15 minutes & there are few games based on that.
My daughter didn't enjoy the games or the story either. I felt that paying around 20 dollars for such short story is very steep.

my 3 year old son declared me the best ever after opening this gift....he loves mickey mouse and loves the fact this is a game he can do!!!!

My son, who is 4 1/2, really enjoys his V reader. We have the Mickey cartridge and the Cars 2 cartridge. He loves both of them and independently plays the games and likes hearing the stories. I would recommend for a boy who is at least 4 years old.
