This was purchased for our 3 year old for Christmas. She LOVES it and we LIKE it too, with one solid dissapointment.

Pros:
* Durable design adding nice protection for the device in transit.
* light weight and easy to carry for little ones.
* Nice variance on the strap length. tightens to fit smaller children and stretches to accomodate bulky winter coats.
* conenient top strap/handle for a parent to tote it or to hang it up in a safe place out of reach.
* has a place to store extra cartridges.

The positive features add up to a tote that does what it sets out to accomplish!

CON:
* Tote fits too snuggly around the V-Reader.
When the V-Reader device is zipped in the tote, it causes the device to turn on and off during travel.

This negative does affect the value of the tote. Simply zipping the tote can cause the V-reader to turn on unexpectedly. While travling the device may bump the case and turn on unexpectedly. If you are unaware that it has turned on, you can eat through batteries at an alarming rate. There is no way I've found to get around this problem. The V-Reader does not have a dissable function to prevent it from turning on accidentally, and there is no other way to position the V-reader to keep the on/off button from bumping the interior of the tote.

Hope this helps you decide if this product is right for you. Over all I am satisfied with this tote. I would recommend it as long as the person understands and accepts this one design flaw.

Durable Backpack Keeps V Reader Handy Dec 07, 2010 By Grandma
My granddaughter loves toting her V.Reader with her everywhere she goes! As long as it is used as a backpack, it is not too heavy for a toddler. The one shortcoming is you must be careful how the V.Reader is put into the backpack or it will accidentally be turned on when you zip the backpack closed. And we already go through a LOT of batteries since our granddaughter has made the V Reader her favorite toy.

The questions are about a toy, so they don't really apply since the product is a storage tote, but it is cute and a good quality and will help keep the v.reader and e-books together.

This is both adorable and perfect for protecting my daughter's vreader. Inside there is 6 netted slots which are nice for storage, but a little difficult to get the games out of and I wish there was even more room for games. No zipper problems whatsoever...I am glad I purchased.

This storage bag is great but would like it better if the bag could be zipped all the way without it turning on the V Reader
We have to leave the top un-zipped or it will keep turning the V Reader off and on, running down the battery. So, in conclusion does the job of protecting but could use some improvement on the height size in order to allow complete closure of bag
