This product helps to bring peace to the environment in my mind. It helps me sleep much better, it helps me calm down at night and when I do take it during the day, it just takes the edge off. I suffer from a nasty case of social anxiety and I will take one capsule on an empty stomach or before a meal and it seems to help calm my nerves. A co-worker recommended phenibut powder, 100 Grams (3.53 Oz) Phenibut Bulk Powder and with the B-Complex caps, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I don't feel as anxious or panicky when I am in social situations anymore and I didn't have any bad side effects either. I would definitely recommend these product to anyone who has anxiety and can't afford pricey prescriptions or for someone who would just prefer something natural.

I am always searching for good quality vitamins. I can honestly say that these seem to work for me -- it provides that extra boost of energy. So, I usually take these right before I hit the gym in the morning. I may have found a winner in this one!

VITAMIN C - 1000 mg (1666%)
THIAMIN - 50 mg (3333%)
VITAMIN B2 - 50 mg (2941%)
NIACIN - 100 mg (500%)
VITAMIN B6 - 50 mg (2500%)
FOLIC ACID - 400 mcg (100%)
VITAMIN B12 - 250 mcg (4166%)
BIOTIN - 100 mcg (33%)
PANTOTHENIC ACID (as D-CALCIUM PANTOTHENATE) - 250 mg (2500%)

Directions: Take 2 capsules a day, preferably with meal.

I always take these with meals so I haven't experienced any adverse reactions. Highly recommended.

These seem to work nicely at helping lower my stress level and calm me during the day. I don't seem to get so worked up and can shrug things off a bit.I would recommend this product if things are getting to be too much for you.

Simple. With only one caveat.

Can't go wrong here, the capsules are a powdered vitamin formulation that absorbs quickly, comes in a glass jar and you can smell that they are the right stuff when you open the bottle.

It's like the old fashioned vitamins where you KNOW later that you took a vitamin... no question about metabolizing it... just don't take one on an empty stomach.

A mega dose of vitamins on an empty stomach can be upsetting.

That's not TwinLab's fault, it's just the way it works if you want a super absorbable mega vitamin.

Recommended - and delivers the goods at a nice price!!!
