I enjoy this Tea very much. If you like your tea a little sweet add a 1/2 teaspoon honey, sugar or whatever you use. There isn't any of the bitterness I'd heard about as long as it doesn't steep for too long, 3 - 4 minutes. All in all a nice flavor

Saw an episode on Artichoke Tea on Cholesterole. It has actually helped, but the teas I have tried did not taste very good until I came across this one. It has a apple berry flavor which is great, now it is easy to finish my cup. Even drink more than one a day now because it taste pretty good.

My wife is a hard case. No matter what she tries it either takes longer than most people to work, or it doesn't work at all.
This tea seems to work for her, although not as well, I'm sure as it would on other people. She's lost a few pounds using this tea. So if you're normal, you'll most likely lose more.
