I bought this item as did my neighbor after my telling her about it. We both have Rheumatoid Arthritis badly and cannot pick up a pitcher from inside of the frig and pour liquid into a glass. This product has helped my R.A. in my hands and fingers.

I sent this back after the first day after it continually dripped tea into my refrigerator. I put the spout on as tight as humanly possible and it still leaked. Total disappointment. Just ended up ordering a regular pitcher.

An awful product. I have tried several times to retighten and it dosn't stop leaking. If you want to continually clean a refrigerator or floor, this is the product for you. I just rreturned my two...both leaked.

I love the fact that the top is completely removable so that you can really get in there and scrub the container down. There is a small part just under the hole to the spout that you need a small brush (like the one used to clean out baby bottle nipples) to clean.

I do agree with other reviewer that it would be better if it were a little bigger...wish they made a 2-Gallon size.

But my biggest complaint is the lid!!! Why there isn't a snap or something to keep it in place is puzzling! If I fill it to the top, there's no way I can get this to the top shelf of my refrigerator without some of the liquid spilling out of the top because the lid just sits on top of the container without anything to secure it! Strange!!! I understand you have to have a way to vent it but seems they could have just put a small hole at the top that can be closed and opened with a little plug.

Fits well in my fridge. Hasn't leaked. My only issue is that the lid sits loosly on the base - rather than sealing - making it difficult to move when full. You need to be careful to avoid having liquid slop out moving from counter to frige. Other than that, the unit functions well.
