I got this at costco for less than half the price here. It is very good hot cocoa, which I mix into my coffee. Better than the Ghirardelli double chocolate, which had been my standby. Excellent value for the price at costco, but wouldn't buy at this price.

I totally agree with the last review. It is better then Ghiradelli. Very fully flavoured and not overly sweetened. So you taste the chocolate and not the sugar. Good ingredients. Starbucks calls it "All Natural Mocha Powder" now. It works best for hot cocoa if you follow the directions. It is excellent for baking. I actually buy it specially to make my Grandmother's Chocolate zucchini muffins. The staff at Starbucks told me that it only comes available at the Christmas season. So stock UP!
You can order it from Starbucks for half price these people are asking.

I gave this as a gift to my neighbors. My thought was everyone loves hot chocolate. The reviews I got back were that it was fantastic, and the best they had ever gotten.
My only concern is that one container arrived with a small dent.
These fit inside wine gift bags quite well.

This is indeed very pure cocoa which is better than Ghirardelli Chocolate Mocha and Ghirardelli Double Chocolate. Amazon.com usually has very competitive price but for whatever reason the price listed here is more than double the price at Costco. For 40 ounces (2.5 lbs), I paid only $9.99 at Costco with a coupon.

I was hesitant to purchase because I love my mochas, especially on the weekends. I saw another review for this product that said its the same as Starbucks Mocha powder I decided to give it a try. Indeed its the same powder. I'm back to drinking my mochas on the weekend. Hooray! Those of you missing mocha powder, here it is!!
