Good for the price Apr 28, 2010
By Loch Miwa I was looking for a pair of inexpensive stopwatches with BIG numbers. I needed to be able to see them at a glance while riding a motorcycle. These fit that description perfectly and I am very happy with them.
The only downside is that they are not very accurate. I synchronized the two of them and about a week later they were over a minute apart. For many uses, mine included, this isn't an issue. However, if you are sync'ing watches, and then starting with one and finishing with the other, the drift may be an issue.

Stopwatch Sportline 480 May 03, 2010

This is a great stopwatch at a very low price. It works great and has rubber protection around the watch. Would hightly recommend.

Not quite what I was looking for. Nov 17, 2009
By Mak Nichols The material of the stop watch has a nice feel in the hand, the form has a good shape. But the start button for timing has to be pressed just so or it doesn't work, and for some reason the watch function always wants to tell military time. And the way the battery is replaced, quality wise, makes me nervous. I do like the large display but wish quality was more a part of this stop watch.

No split times Feb 05, 2011
By Jaywalker I ordered this stopwatch because the company advertised the watch as having "unlimited splits." BUT IT DOESN'T STORE SPLITS IN MEMORY, which means it really isn't a split timer, unless you want to try to memorize all the splits yourself while running. The description was deceptive.

I really wanted to love this stopwatch... Apr 05, 2011
By Wesley J. Hung I really wanted to love this stopwatch, as it turns out, I only like it. It feels great in the hand and I love the way the screen is recessed so it doesn't get damaged. The numbers are large and easy to read. The battery is easily accessed.
I've had quite a few stopwatches and most of them annoyed me with random alarms that turned on while in my coaching bag. I was really excited when I found out this one didn't have an alarm. This actually turned out to be a minus. Most stopwatches beep when you press the start/stop button. This one doesn't. This wouldn't be a problem except, just like a previous reviewer, I found that sometimes this stopwatch doesn't start when you hit the button. You'd never know it because you don't hear the beep. There were many times where I was running timed drills and when I looked down to see the time, the watch had not started. Maybe a bit more tactile feedback would be helpful. The button is nice and large, but the push is very shallow.
I also love that this watch has a cool light. In actuality, I probably didn't need a light and it seemed to drain the batteries while in my ball bag. I assume it was because the light button would be wedged against something in the bag.
This stopwatch is so close to being so awesome, but it just kinda falls short. I'm tempted to buy another one since I lost mine, but I'm going to try some other products before I try this one again. The option of an optional beep and a recessed light button would make this stopwatch pretty much perfect for its function.
Pros: Feels great in the hand Doesn't have an annoying alarm that gets turned on while sitting in a bag Large, readable numbers Nice build quality...solid Large buttons Easily accessed battery compartment Well protected display
Cons: Start/Stop button doesn't seem to activate all the time(maybe it was just the one I had) Light button gets pushed easily while in ball bag
