Daughter is very happy to see in pool Jul 28, 2011
By T. Sheridan I am very happy with this product which I bought for my 9 y.o. daughter. She asked if there was a way to have her glasses prescription in goggles so she could see my the pool at camp. Apperently when the kids are out of the water the instructor would address them like a small class and she would need to run to get her glasses. I thought prescription goggles would be expensive and was very surprised they could cost only slightly more than a standard pair of goggles. She is fairly nearsighted (-3 and -3.25) and she loves how the goggles allow her to see in and out of the pool. (I purchased the -3 model). The construction is good and should last at least the season which is all we need.
One thing, there is a selection for "Clear" and "Clear/Clear" but the photo does not change between the two. I selected the clear/clear based on her prescription and what we received looks like the photo, clear lenses with black trim and strap. She is happy to see and didn't care about the color but note that there does not appear to be a clear strap and trim option.

Must Have Goggles Jun 15, 2009
By Dorothy These goggles are a must have. I have recommended them to several people that need help seeing in the pool. With proper adustment they don't seem to steam, or leak. They wear well in the chlorine. I find mine stay in good shape for about 9 months. I swim and average of 3 times a week and sometimes more.
I do recommend if you wear prescription glasses. The lines in the pool are very visible. D. Clemons (Marion, IL)

It is GREAT to see! Aug 07, 2007

It makes such a difference to be able to see at the pool and at a low cost! While lap swimming is an individual activity it is so nice to atleast be able to see clearly and acknowledge those around me. Also it is great now to be able to see the clock and not need to bring a watch with me.

Buy 2 if you need different lenses! Oct 12, 2011

My daughter is thrilled with these! She is quite nearsighted (-5.00 and -5.50) and these work wonderfully. She can wear them in and out of the water in the pool area and says everything is as clear as her glasses.
They can be flipped upside down so if you need a different Rx for each eye, just buy 2 of them, switch the lenses, and you'll have 2 complete working pairs!
This has made a huge difference in her enjoyment of swimming.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND

By Anja Best thing that ever happened to my daughter who swims for almost 8 yrs now. Recommend to get slightly lower prescription as water magnifies objects. perfect fit too- she's 16 yrs old.
