Easy to follow recipes. Excellent flavors! Feb 22, 2011
By N. Harvey This is a great Spanish cookbook. The flavors will "esplode" in your mouth as Jose Andres likes to say. I recommend it for any aspiring Spanish (not Mexican) cook.

By Alice Shikina I rarely buy recipe books, but this one was super special. It has very unique and simple recipes that evoke Spain. The photos are gorgeous and the stories that the author pairs with his recipes are priceless. Beautifully put together!

By Crystal G. Rutherford This is currently my favorite Spanish cookbook from among a great selection that I have that includes Penelope Casas, Jose Andres, and Carlos Arguinano. He takes traditional recipes using fresh seasonal ingredients but adds a twist to them. For example, one favorite recipe is Zucchini Soup which smooth and silky and a great use those extra zucchini that needs to used up.
