Description

Ultra-Performance Grease (UPG) is a high performance, multi-service, aluminum-complex, synthetic grease which significantly increases bearing life and equipment reliability. It also makes bearings run smoother, cooler and quieter. UPG satisfies a wide range of grease requirements from the lubrication of bearings to U-joints and general purpose use. It has outstanding extreme pressure capabilities and excellent water resistance to both emulsion and washout. UPG is stable at high temperatures. It also has excellent oxidation resistance for extended service life and to provide a margin of safety between lubrication intervals. When the China Star Bullet Train was having heat problems keeping them from achieving optimal speed, they evaluated 26 of the best lubricants available. After careful testing, senior engineers selected Royal Purple's Ultra-Performance Grease. Not only did Ultra-Performance Grease help them resolve their heat problems, it also, enabled them to set a new land-speed record for bullet trains. UPG is made using a superior blend of synthetic base oils plus Royal Purple's unique, proprietary, non-corrosive Synerlec additive technology.

I use this grease on everything that requires it. Farm equipment, cars, tillers, mowers, you name it. I buy it by the case when needed. I stumbled upon Royal Purple (RP) products about 15 years ago, and this grease was the first product I tried. It sold me on the whole product line and I have never looked back. It used to be that the only way to get RP was in 5 gallon buckets, but now you can find it in just about any automotive store, in quarts and cases. You owe it to yourself and your equipment to try at least one tube of this stuff and see for yourself. Once it gets in between two piece of metal, you must apply tremendous pressure to get metal to metal contact. Great stuff, as is every RP product I have ever used.

Goes on like it's says and keeps my bearings cool like advertised. Good stuff package professionally. Can't go wrong here. I am using it on my new boat trailer bearings. This stuff actually encapsules water. No emulsification takes place.

I've used Royal Purple Engine Oil and Hypoid Gear Oil in my Gold Wing for the last 5 years and love it, so I figured why not try the grease. It's Royal Purple!! That's all that needs said. Is it more expensive, yes. However, you usually get what you pay for. I am a Royal Purple customer for life. Simply the BEST!!!!!

Everything went as advertised. Delivery was on schedule. Have been satisfied with all Royal Purple products and this was no exception. Quality of packaging of the grease showed attention to detail and they used high quality packaging materials. Lets be clear; grease ain't pretty. If you need a high quality product and a total satisfaction experience - look no further.

I've been using this grease on things that aren't even auto related. It makes excellent work of quieting down squeaky doors in the house, lube the channels that sliding doors slide on, even on squeaky table joints. I haven't yet used it on my door hinges and lock systems on my car, but it sure as hell will be there when the weather get's better. I don't use a grease gun, I take like a plastic spoon or something and scoop it out and apply with my finger, it's pretty hard to get off your hands and it doesn't smell very good either...Forget that white lithium grease, get this and never look back.
