Very pleased! It shipped the day I ordered it and arrived a few days later by FedEx. This is just the kind of Angel Hair spaghetti that I love and often have trouble finding. It is thinner (which is better) than the Angel Hair spaghetti in the store, and made from Semolina, like Vermicelli. It cooks quickly. I always drain it before it overcooks so that it still has a light snap when I bite into it. This is perfect for making Japanese fried noodles, too. It's imported from Italy, a great brand at a great price. I hope Amazon keeps stocking it; I will certainly buy it again.

I am the mother of three kids two of whom have Autism and who cannot have any gluten. I tried this product which is made with spiraling? And they don't seem to have problem with it, like diarrhea, although I don't use to much of it when I cook and always have it mixed with other stuff.

Personally also I really like this because it is thin and to me pasta is just to filling! This way also I can make a spaghetti sauce of sorts made with vegetables that are pretty well hidden so the kids, son, 14, daughter, 13, will eat it and not really realize they're getting something healthy! This is a very good tasting pasta as well!
