5Lovely Veal  Nov 20, 2009 By beth olsen
There's no veal in NW North Dakota! (only those mealy patties, pseudo veal) After a year of NOT having our favorite dish, Zurich Schnatzlets (sp?), also called, Veal a la Suisse, steps had to be taken. Never having done mail order meat before, I wasn't sure what we'd get. This veal was delicious, meeting, exceeding expectations. Will order again, SOON

1I wanted to cook it myself  Aug 12, 2011 By Thomas Wilson
I thought this would be good idea as a gift. But the delivery time of two days in 100 degree heat and just packed with a small ice pack(I assume it was anyway...nothing but warm water when it arrived)....left the meat almost cooked. Until they improve the delivery method I would stay away...as stated "I wanted to cook it myself"

2Sman  Jan 26, 2009 By Suman Addya "superman46n2"
When I ordered this, I thought it would be 5x 16oz cutlets. But I think it was just one 16oz divided into 5 pieces. Definitely overpaid, but the baked cutlets still turned out pretty tasty, wish i didn't eat it all in one sitting.
