Nice touch to new exhaust Aug 09, 2011 By btboyd
I bought this because I had some amazon gift cards from returning books, so it was basically free. I installed it on the 3" down pipe to 4" pipe in my 97 f250. It went on very easily and took about 5 minutes to put on (4 of which were getting the ratchet and correct socket and then putting them back in the tool box.) It has been holding its shine pretty well, even without polishing, with the occasional wash. The only drawback is that the exhaust system I got was designed for no tip, so it needs to be cut a little shorter so that the tip isn't sticking way past the body line.

Just got it in today, took more time to get the box open than it did to install it. Looks great, when they say mirror finish they me mirror finish. I could actually shave looking at this thing. looks nice, and was able to extend my exhaust out a little more, which took care of that interstate rumble i had when cruising, cause the sound waves were bouncing off the inside of the bed of the truck. Thanks Amazon, and MBRP ..

this tip is a very good quality, the clamp although isnt a good idea, its good to get it where you want it then have it welded to stay in place, the MBRP name onthe tip is unlike the picture, it has about 1 in tall letters and is on both sides of the tip
