Great Bat Jun 24, 2010
By Steven C. Rausch Obviously, if you're looking for a wooden bat Louisville is the way to go. I love my new bat. Shipping was decently fast, I got it in the mail in about 2 days. The bat feels really nice in hand.
The bat may seem a little heavy at first but, after you use it you become more use to it.
Also, if you are worried about how your bat looks then maybe consider getting a different color bat. The bat will end up getting marks from the leather of the ball. Not like dents or anything but, the ball will trade paint with the bat. I personally think that it gives the bat character but, it's really up to you.
Overall I think this is a great deal. I paid half of what I would have paid at some sports store. If you're interested in getting a wooden bat I think this is a great deal. I still suggest looking around to see your options just in case there is a better deal but, if you think this is for you get it. Good luck and happy hunting.
Worked ok May 25, 2012
By Conor It was pretty good for the money. I got it as a practice bat but I take 100 or more swings per day and it shattered after a few weeks.
Louisville Slugger Adult Wood Bat May 01, 2012
By T_Casey13 The bat I purchased not only arrived in a timely fashion, but it is of great quality. It has an excellent "pop" when it strikes the baseball and is decievingly light. It's a great bat all in all.
Poor quality bat. Mar 08, 2012
By Dionisio Cuesta The bat cracked after four pitches. what a waste of money. Don't buy it. Louisville Slugger should send my money back.
Disappointed... Aug 27, 2011
By mike got approx 60 swings in the cages. (65-75mph) I hit the ball right off the barrel and watched the bat fly. Spend a couple extra bucks and buy a hard maple bat, otherwise you might as well send me the check for 45 bucks and ill give you my broken bat. I'd say this would be perfect for a youngster, or maybe hitting off a tee.
