Amazon sent them with 'ice' packs, very heavy ones, placed ON TOP of the boxes of delicate chocolates!!

They were not only crushed, but the styrofoam was so thin that the ice packs completely melted and were useless by the time they got here, even though I brought them inside the minute they arrived.

The boxes of chocolate were crushed.

If it's over 75 degrees where you are, don't bother to order them. They're not returnable.

These are great truffles. We have a Lindt store locally but the price for this 60-count box is far less expensive. The box of individually wrapped chocolates arrived cool and dry.

The chocolates arrived ruined. It is clear that they were stored hot and somewhat melted, were then placed on ice and frozen and shipped in ice packs.

The result: A wonderful chocolate ruined since the smooth filling remained hard on thawing....these turned into bad Hersheys with this handling.

The company should give up on providing the product, since they ruin it with their handling.

(PS...one box was crushed).

The chocolates had melted because of the temperature they must have traveled in. Hence each piece is a distorted mess to open with fingers and all all soiled. Never again !

Lindt & Sprüngli is a Swiss confectionery company that has been making fine chocolates since 1845. Among their many fine products is the Lindor Truffles - a hard chocolate shell enclosing a sweet and rich ganache. The red Lindor is their exquisite milk chocolate one - so sweet, so delicious! So, if you want a find, melt in your mouth confection, then get these Lindt Lindor Truffles!
