Arrived in great shape and in a very timely manner. We had removed old filter, so were anxious to get this one in and use the microwave. The only complaint is that there were not any instructions with the filters and it was a bit difficult to determine which direction to insert the filter.

This filter arrived as scheduled and in good condition. This filter installed easily and appears to be effective in removing odors from the microwave exhaust. Time will tell how long it will be effective.

The filter is probably fine... but it is not the correct filter. It was according to the manual, but it didn't fit on my microwave. Luckily it was inexpensive. It would have cost more to return it.
