I own a small bulk/natural food store and my customers were asking for almond butter. I didn't want to start out by carrying large jars of nut butters if I wasn't sure they would sell so I purchased Justin's squeeze packets just to give them a try. Each packet, whether peanut butter or almond is around 200 calories and is SALT-FREE. I love the convenience of little packets and my customer apprecaite trying a small quantity before buying a large jar. I love the almond butter, and hope at some point they will make it certified organic.

I took these small packages of almond butter, along with some crackers, with me when I traveled overseas. Almond butter and crackers, and in-room coffee, make a great breakfast when you don't want to leave the room early in the morning! The small packages are just right for one serving. The quality and taste are great!
2nd note (5-31-11) In February, 2011, I was diagnosed as gluten intolerant, which means I can't eat anything with wheat, barley or rye as an ingredient. Try eating out at a restaurant with those restrictions! It's almost not possible!
This product is THE ANSWER to eating out, if you're always 'on the go'!!! It contains no gluten, it is quite filling, and it is completely portable! I've just ordered my second batch of the plain kind, and I also ordered the maple type as well. If you are gluten intolerant, and you do not have a nut restriction, this is the best thing out there when traveling!!!!!

I was recently diagnosed with hypoglycemia and was instructed to eat little protein snacks every 2-3 hours. These little packs are PERFECT for keeping in my purse, backpack, desk drawer for a quick snack when my home fridge is not accessible. These have saved me on my weekend treks around town.
These have no added sugar or salt, which is perfect for me as well. Some who've been raised on traditional peanutbutters (Jif, Skippy) will probably find this "difficult to swallow" at first (my Dad said he thought it tastes rancid!). But for those of us who are accustomed to no added sugars and salts in our nut butters, these have good flavor.
I would prefer to have RAW almond butter, which I typically purchase in large jars, but Justin's makes only roasted nut butters (hence the 4 stars instead of 5).
If you're looking for economy, buy the jars of Justin's nut butters. If you're looking for convenience and quick snacks, these packets are the way to go. And the price offered on Amazon is MUCH CHEAPER than the local stores.

I am a huge nut butter fan and i have been actively trying new kinds. Almond butter has become my favorite. I have been buying regular jars but i find myself going through it too quickly. I thought that prepackaged protions would be a better option. These are exactly what i needed. It is the right amount for a pb and j or should i say ab and j. They are convenient and delicious. I highly recommend.

Perfect high protein snack and squeeze packs make it portable for purse or lunch box. Add Justin's nut butter to an apple or banana and enjoy. This product needs to be "limbered up" by squeezing the packs a few times before opening as indicated on the directions. It makes a big difference in the consistency of the butter.
