Good case for the Seagate FreeAgent Go portable hard drive Jan 01, 2010 By Ryan
I bought this case for my Seagate FreeAgent Go portable hard drive 320gb. It fits very well with a little extra room at the top and bottom. The inside dimensions of the case are 3.5" x 6" x .5" at most (I can't believe they don't give you internal dimensions in the product description). I say "at most" because the corners are rounded. I like the elastic band that holds the hard drive in place, and the memory foam. The mesh pocket is also a nice feature for the USB cable. I subtracted one star off the rating because it has a softer shell than I thought it would be.

it's about $15 (at least when I bought it) and can protect your HDD when you move it around. the memory foam is a nice touch. Although it doesn't say it - the 250GB and the 1TB free agent go drives fit fine too. One star less because I would like to connect the HDD with the HDD in the pouch itself - zipped and secured. Not too much to ask when you pay $15.

I ordered this case along with the Seagate Expansion 250 GB USB 2.0 Portable External Hard Drive not knowing if would be a good fit. I am very pleased in that it holds the hard drive and the usb cord very well. Like it was made for it. I recommend both highly.
