Purchased the shoes initially size 9.5 wide. I received product in 2 days but size was larger than expected. I called amazon customer service and had shoes picked up UPS and exchanged for size 9.0 wide. The price had already changed/increased when reordered smaller size, but customer service went above and beyond by charging me the same sale price while also paying for return shipping and insuring I was fully credited with my first purchase.
Very pleased with product also above and beyond customer service care. Perfect!
