Great item. Certainly better Quality than the Version with No warranty. I've had this version for a while now and since I travel a lot I needed a phone that is unlocked and and this phone works everywhere (Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico, Costa Rica, Germany, etc.) The version that is with NO Warranty came in a cheaper quality but this version is 100% great (excellent Job from Rim-Blackberry)

I would like to say when buying Items like this I should have known better due to item been used. On receipt of the item I noticed that it was not mailed out in a box but rather an envelope made out of bubble wrap and the power supply (nothing else) in the large envelope. This item had dirt caked up between the keys and the ear peace was just dirty, come on clean the item before mailing.
What kind of system is Amazon allowing, are they not rules to follow in mailing out items to customers.
I will not attempt to buy another item like this using the Amazon team again.

I received the BlackBerry in its package, lacking user instructions and CD for configuration.
The vendor committed to send it by courrier but never arrived.
When I took out screen protector, I found out that the screen was damaged in the corners.
I assume that this product wasn't new.
I communicated this problem to the vendor, but never received an answer in return.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR.

the only thing i didnt like bout the packaging was the smell but other than that the phone is great oh after awhile the usb cable didnt work so i had to buy a new one. I am still using this phone and delivery was even earlier than expected.

Problem-free order processing, phone works great here in the US with existing service plan, but was actually bought for use overseas. Traveling in 10 days, so I have yet to see how it works across the Atlantic!
