 Excellent service, part did the job Mar 03, 2010

I suppose it's too much to expect that a cross-referenced part number would actually be an exact replacement on a 15-yr-old refrigerator. As it turned out, I had to drill new holes in the old sheet metal to mount the thing because its footprint was slightly different. Once that was done, it worked fine and fixed the problem. I was impressed with the excellent service from the vendor.

I researched the problem with my icemaker, then researched the web to find the water valve needed, then searched the web for a good deal on that valve. The cost was good, the valve arrived sooner than I expected and functioned just as hoped for. Thank you

My order was shipped and received promptly. The part fit exactly on my fridge and the icemaker immediately started to produce ice. Always check to be sure you have water flow to the solenoid before blaming it. I also suggest using a Watt supply hose with a leak preventative valve to prevent any catastrophic leaks.
